The founder whole time directors are technically qualified in this profession. The Managing Director of the Company – Mr. Nand Kishore Prasad is a B.Pharm. and M.B.A. He himself is a well experienced man having more than thirty five years of experience in manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
Another whole time Director of the company Mr. Shashi Kant Singh is also B.Pharm. He is also technically qualified and have more than twenty years of experience in the manufacturing and quality control of pharmaceutical products.
Besides, the Assitt. Mfg. Chemists, Assitt. QC Chemists and the Quality Assurance Chemist are also technically qualified. They all are B.Pharm./M.Sc. (Chemistry) and are having long experience in their specialization.In its small span of time, The Company has gained a good reputation for quality medicines in the market and has also been awarded by many departments of the government.

The company was awarded with the FIRST PRIZE in Micro, Small And Medium, Enterprises Award’ by the National Productivity Council of India’, Bihar State Branch by the then Governor of Bihar H.E. Mr. R.L. Bhatia on 12th Feb.2009 in Patna.

Last year the company was awarded with the “National Award 2010” for quality products by the Hon’ble Minister of MSME (Micro, small & Medium Enterprises) Shri Birbhadra Singh in a grand function under the chairmanship of the president of India, Her Excellency Smt.
